The role demands an experienced and accountable lead that can deliver the commercial and creative ambition of the Creative Production Studio. You will hold accountability for the growth, quality and health of the Studio, from a talent and commercial perspective, while upholding the goals and values of the agency.

About the role

As an experienced Producer or Production Management Specialist, you should be excellent at driving quality creative output and possess the latest knowledge of current and emerging trends and techniques in your field. You should have extensive experience both on the creative side of production and project management across multiple platforms and media, from film, to print, to social content.

Reporting to the over-arching Innovation and Production Practice Lead you will be required to oversee the scoping, casting, and execution of projects delivered by the Creative Studio independently, and in collaboration with the others (Production Director, Executive and Agency Producers, Creative Content Director) within the practice.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the multi-disciplinary Creative Production Studio team comprising editors, designers, producers, digital skills and freelancers.
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the Creative Production Studio; managing all studio operations, making full use of project management and collaboration tools.
  • Overseeing all aspects of the scope and budget for significant projects, along with financial tracking and controls, and an approver of smaller, less complex scopes.
  • Assessing, interrogating and clarifying client briefs and assigning the appropriate talent to a project.
  • Reviewing work before it is shared with the account team /client.
  • Assisting on creative production when needed and meeting with team members for feedback.
  • Evolving and setting up systems and processes so that the studio and the wider agency are aware of how the Creative Production Studio operates

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in producing and project management across multiple platforms and media, from film to print, to social content
  • Overseeing edits/edit producing
  • Must have an intimate knowledge of production procedures, guidelines, and releases
  • In-depth understanding of what resources to pull into a project, and when
  • High-level cross-discipline knowledge of creative storytelling, content strategy, production technology and quality assurance
  • Experience working with IP holders an advantage.
